I found inspiration in many episodes…
.. interviews with greats such as Jimmy Carter, Carl Lentz, Sheryl Sandberg, Jeff Weiner, Paul Young, and so many more have given me tangible actions to living my best life— being my best self–improving each day. Sheryl Sandberg spoke of the death of her husband and one action towards healing she has found healing in — is creating a gratitude journal. She spoke of writing 3 things she was grateful for each day in her journal. It brought power and clarity to her life, removed obstacles and made clear what was important. Today I am grateful for:
- The smell of my garden after the rain
- The help of my friend Brandon in all things technology
- The soft, crisp and clean feel of clean sheets
